How long will the process take?
| You can have the finished petition ready to take to court in only a few minutes from now. The next step is to file the petition with the appropriate court which will be named in the accompanying instructions. Once filed the court will take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to act- there is nothing that can be done about this delay unless you have friends in high places! |
